This is a high-level interior renovation project featuring bespoke craftsmanship. Lime-based finishes and organic materials capture the light in a unique way, turning sustainability into a tactile and visual experience of absolute artisanal excellence. Every surface reflects a conscious choice: quality, mastery, and a deep dedication to well-being within the space.

Private homes Milan

Year of construction: 2025
Materials used: oak parquet, porcelain stoneware bathroom coverings.
White walls and colored ceilings, in homage to the Milanese style of the 1980s.
Underfloor heating and ducted cooling system, to guarantee maximum thermal comfort.
Works: carried out with craftsmen in the sector and specialized workers, in a sartorial manner, with attention to detail and all the alignments provided by the architecture studio.
Due to the limited load capacity of the existing floor, with a maximum permissible load of 50 kg/m², it was decided to avoid the traditional sand-cement screed. To replace it, a machine-gliding polyurethane foam filling was created, with a low weight of only 5 kg/m². A low-thickness radiant floor system was created above this layer, finally completed with the installation of the parquet.

Materials used: cement resin for floors. Pastel colors by FARROW&BALL for all interior walls. Porcelain stoneware with “Ceppo di Gré” and marble effect. Laser cutting of all ceramic coverings. Creation of custom lightened tub in low thickness steel. Shower glass disappears into the floor and ceiling. GESSI accessories.
Works: carried out by artisans in the sector and specialized workers, in a tailored manner, with attention to detail and all the alignments required by the Fabio Sgaramella architectural studio.

Works: execution of complete strip out with refurbishment of all perimeter and ceiling drywork.
Skimming, painting, carpet laying and installation of wood panelling.
Formation of new electrical installation in home automation with management of all scenarios.

Showroom Milan

Year of completion: 2022
Materials used: marble, stone and brass – Travertine: Ostuni, Romano, Brown Wave, Black Pompeii, Limestone.
Works: materials and technique with streamlining, micro-cement skimming and rough lime base.
Lightweight doors in Limestone marble and wood with fabric finish, use of special hinges to withstand the weight of the marble.
Various processes were used on the perimeter walls, using Travertine in rifled and split, honed, brushed, open pore and closed pore finishes.
Hydro finish with gauze effect.
All the interior walls were stripped to the exposed masonry, treated with a highly breathable lime-based plaster, and with a civil finish using a lime-based material, solving the problems of rising damp.

Offices Varese

Materials used: marble, wood and Dedar upholstery, custom wood and marble furniture, cannetè wood panelling, floral landscaping.
Works: customised counters made of wood with a cane finish and lightened marble complements with 8 mm thick marble and an aluminium honeycomb structure.
Supply and installation of Dedar upholstery according to design project.
Supply and installation of all Team Italia and Artemide luminaires.
Landscaping, with supply and installation of floral decoration.

Showroom Milan

Materials used: dry marble, resin, brass and glass.
Works: setting up of metal carpentry structure, necessary for the dry laying of the marble, suspended from the ground.
Preparation of the floor adjacent to the metro, with light wood-based material.
Upper formation of micro-cement, brass and marble inserts.
Preparation of the corridor wall, which is necessary for the installation of dry-lay marble, after laser tracing of each individual point, as required for dry-lay, diamond-cut marble.
Reinforcement of the floor slab, needed to support the marble counter.

Offices Bergamo

Materials used: calcium sulphate, porcelain stoneware, glass walls, custom furniture.
Works: complete strip out of the old machine shop area.
Formation of under-floor cavity with igloo, after installation of Radon barrier.
Formation of plasterboard walls (15 mm thick), rock wool inner coat on perimeter walls and ceilings.
Formation of plasterboard false ceilings with insertion of lighting chases.
Supply and laying of 60×120 raised floor with porcelain stoneware.
Formation of glazed walls, custom furniture, painting of walls with Sikens material.
Use of invisible flush doors in both hinged and sliding versions.

Restaurant Bergamo

Materials used: porcelain stoneware, iron, ceramic and wood.
Works: breaking down the floor barrier with individually laid ceiling tiles to design.
Adjustment of tiles by means of adjustable iron support formation, painted black.
Execution of custom workbench and kitchen, made with steel structure with custom porcelain stoneware cladding.
Production of ceramic amphorae, hung from the ceiling with a screw system, designed and customised by us.
Construction of iron wall and placement of glued shards, bringing back Chinese accessories.
Creation of toilets in exclusive ceramics, chosen by the customer.
